Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Sculpted Beauty by Briana, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations & No-Shows • 24-Hour Notice Required: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments. Rescheduling • Clients can reschedule their appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance. • Multiple reschedules may require a deposit to secure future appointments. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. • If we can still accommodate your service, the appointment may be shortened to fit within the remaining time. Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable conflict, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
